According to Hometownlife.com , As part of February's American Heart Month, Canton Leisure Services will join thousands of Americans nationwide in celebrating National Wear Red Day on Friday, Feb. 6, by hosting special health and wellness activities at the Summit on the Park, located at 46000 Summit Parkway. These heart healthy events are designed to help raise awareness of heart disease, the number one killer of men and women in the United States each year.
Canton Leisure Services is teaming up with the American Heart Association to provide special activities, including: a "Love Your Heart" walking quiz; weight loss counseling, yoga and personal training demonstrations; a "heart warming" raffle with prizes donated by local businesses. Summit on the Park guests wearing red on Feb. 6 can work out for free.
