Acording to Fox news, One person is dead, more than 150 have been rescued and others remain stranded on an ice floe about eight miles wide that broke free from the northern Ohio shoreline near Toledo and began floating into Lake Erie.
The Coast Guard reported that several ships and helicopters from Toledo and Marblehead, Ohio, were attempting to rescue the fishermen stranded on the ice flow, with early estimates of up to 500 people in danger.
Local authorities later estimated the number of fishermen still stranded to be from 175 to 300.
One person fell through the ice and emergency crews performed CPR before taking him to Firelands Regional Medical Center. It wasn't immediately clear if that was the person that the Coast Guard said had died. ミュージックフェア
