Belly off diet


Here we go!
Another genius has made his mind up about how we can get a Jessica Alba stomach without lifting any finger. WOW!
Let's see what he suggests!

The advice: Eating a specific type of way to avoid the "get togethers" of belly fat.
Note: Belly Fat is the most dangerous one considering your risk for heart diseases, diabetes etc.
What to do: Get 4 meals per day consisting of not more than 400 kalories. But not any meal, it should be olives, nuts and seeds, avocados, and even dark chocolate which all include mono unsaturated fatty acids. WOW!
The nice side effect is that you really feel full after eating those comestibles and that this feeling last even longer. And this food does not even want you get off the diet because it is actually really tasty.

Guess what: The genius I was talking about is a magazine.

I know, for a lot of people the word DIET causes already energized motivation. But you live still an unhealthy life if you do not exercise.

Reminder:
Our body is constructed to be exercised (look at evolution)! It is unnatural how much we are sitting, lying, resting and so on. Move your ass because muscles are the best fat burner than everything else.

Energize your life by spending energy on work outs!
