Athelete Sue's Cause he got caught Taking Align probiotic ( Steriods)! WAIT a MIN

Suspended Phillies reliever J.C. Romero filed suit Monday against a nutritional supplement manufacturer alleging an unlisted ingredient in one of its products caused him to test positive under Major League Baseball's Drug Policy, according to The Associated Press.

Romero, who is suspended for the first 50 games of the 2009 season and will probably lose about $1.4 million in salary, is seeking punitive and compensatory damages in Camden County, N.J.

The 32-year-old left-hander said he tested positive for steroids on Aug. 26 because a supplement he was taking, 6-OXO Extreme, did not specify it included the banned substance androstenedione.

Romero is taking action against the companies that manufactured 6-OXO, Ergopharm Inc. and Proviant Technologies, and the companies that own and operate the Vitamin Shoppe and GNC, according to The Philadelphia Daily News.
