According to Bass Drill, has the capacity to manufacture up to 500,000 PacWind vertical axis turbines in a twelve month period.
"Our firm's selective acquisition of PacWind's robust patents, processes and intellectual property is the next step in WePOWER's efforts to build a premier platform of wind, solar and magnetic energy products," said WePOWER Chairman and CEO Marvin Winkler.
The two companies signed a strategic alliance in November 2008, with WePOWER agreeing to manage all business operations related to the energy created by PacWind's vertical axis wind turbines.
