North Korea Is Ready With Fueled Up Rocket to Launch Toward the West Coast?

I heard that this was supposed to be a test,however this seems wired right? I don't like the thought of anyone shooting rockets towards the best coast maybe to Mexico( lol). Naw just playing! I hope all is well with this test but if not this could be bad for the US.
